What Does Android Is Starting Optimizing App Mean






Android faq: what is android doing when it says “optimizing apps” after an android system upgrade (and reboot)?. the short story is that android is doing what it says, creating an optimized version of each app for the new version of android you just upgraded to. this process makes each app start as fast as possible with the new android version.. Do you mean optimizing app 1 of 1 on every boot up android is starting... optimizing app 1 of 1 . this goes on for quite a while - i would say somewhere in the area of 15 minutes. the phone does eventually boot, but this is extremely frustrating. anyone have any experience/fix with this? solved!. When you boot your android device from a fresh install or after performing a factory reset, android optimizes the apps installed on it and hence you see the “android is upgrading” or.
