Running ver 6.0.1 . i get this message every time i boot the phone as of last night. android is starting... optimizing app 1 of 1 . this goes on for quite a while - i would say somewhere in the area of 15 minutes.. See how to fix a phone with android is upgrading issue that's refusing to boot after a restart or reset easily on the samsung galaxy s2 t-mobile or any other device with similar issue.. Because only those 86 apps aren't fully compatible with art (on the turbo). when you first switch to art the full 200-some-odd apps are optimized. it's the apps that won't work with art that optimize every time you reboot. i agree with the comment that art doesn't seem to present any issues once booted..
