Having the same issue, purchased it last night on xbo. played about 4 hours worth and decided to buy it on pc. as soon as i installed the pc version i was greeted with the "your account cannot play on this platform.". A fair number of us seem to have this issue. if you own a copy on pc and own a copy on xbox one of them will not work. all any of us keep getting from support is a canned response about pc and xbox not being cross platform play.. For fortnite on the playstation 4, a gamefaqs message board topic titled "cannot play on this platform".. i thought i linked my psn to my epic account but maybe not and need to check. but she used the same epic account . fortnite: login failed your account can not play on this platform. please contact customer support..
